Serial Giller

We’re Kieran and Nat, the couple behind Serial Giller. 

We’re Auckland-based, and we spend an unreasonable amount of our spare time fishing, boating, camping and finding excuses to disappear somewhere around New Zealand with a boat full of gear.

Fishing is at the heart of what we do. We’re taking on everything from offshore missions and chasing big fish to land-based adventures, lure challenges, overnight trips and exploring new fishing grounds around the country. Some missions go exactly to plan. Others… not so much. Either way, there’s usually a good story at the end of it.

We also love turning a fishing trip into a proper adventure. That might mean camping on an island, loading up the Jeep for a family trip, or heading away for a few days to see what we can find somewhere completely new.

And if we manage to bring home a feed, it usually ends up in the Serial Giller Kitchen for a Catch & Cook — with varying levels of organisation and a fair bit of banter along the way.

We’ve got some big missions planned around New Zealand, plenty of fish we still want to tick off the list, and a lot of coastline left to explore. We don’t take ourselves too seriously, but we absolutely love what we do.
